Q :  What do I do if I received the wrong product?

A :  We apologise if we had your order wrong and caused any inconveniences!

Please reach us on Instagram or email us at sangonandco@gmail.com within a week of reported delivery with a picture of proof and your tracking number.

*Requests to refund / exchange will not be entertained if picture of proof and tracking number regarding product is not sent to us or time period upon reported delivery has exceeded a week.
